Something I’ve learned about great friendships with faith-filled women is that they propel you towards God and they challenge you to be better — all the while they encourage you when you fall, they understand you when you complain, and they empathize and sympathize when you suffer.
I’d like to share some of that with you here.
Every Monday night, a group of my girlfriends and I get together to share our lives together, to read scripture or other Church documents, and to see where God is calling us in our lives that week. At the end of our time together, we usually come up with a challenge for the next week, and then the following Monday, we check-in on how we all did.
Starting this week, I will be sharing those weekly challenges with you!
I’ve seen so much fruit from having an intentional challenge each week that I thought you ladies would equally enjoy doing these challenges at home.
They’re not too big, and they don’t take up much time really, but they do give you something to think about and to work on each week — usually something small, like serving your husband without expecting anything in return, or having greater patience with your kids that week. Those things are small, but they can make all the difference — because those things do add up!
You can sign up to join me in these weekly challenges here.
